Brambourne House, Fitzroy

Dwarfed by its southern neighbour and in the same family for over a century this slightly unloved double storey Victorian terrace is finally undergoing its renaissance. Bought by a young couple intent on creating a modern home in the heart of Fitzroy, this offered good bones and an excellent location.

Despite furious opposition from within the neighbouring monolith, approvals where finally obtained and works in stages begun. The result, a pastiche of grandeur and modest proportions work together to provide a modern version of terrace living.
