Earlsbrae was designed to embrace the style of Essendon’s classic domestic architecture, and to elevate that style with a distinctly contemporary approach in both the sheer scale of the individual townhouses and the finely crafted attention to detail.
This is a series of homes of open spaces, with floors connected via a sculptural staircase and interiors seamlessly flowing into the landscaped areas outside. An emphasis on transparency and natural light extends this sense of openness to provide sightlines to personal gardens and the greenery of this unique parkside setting.
It’s this balance of form and movement in the architecture which will define the Earlsbrae experience. Both grand and graceful, the design is intended to reward its residents for many years to come
